The Intercompany Solution for SAP Business One has been in the market for several years now. At this current moment, the solution is being used in more than 60 countries by over 600 customers!
This solution should support our customer in an optimal way, and therefore we have enhanced the solution according the motto:
BETTER, FASTER, SIMPLER: – Make the solution better from a functional side; faster in its operation, and simpler in setting it up.
For our existing customers, the solution is proving to be up to 40% faster for master data replication and up to 700% faster for the consolidation process. We have also improved the “G/L Account Search Functionality” and enhanced the “A/P Service Invoice Allocation”. With these performance improvements and enhancements, the customer can save time in their daily business tasks.
For our partners we have improved the installation and configuration process. The solution now allows an easy setup and operation even for companies in non-localized countries, which is a great advantage for multinational companies. There are simplified intercompany setups such as default values and automatic generation of branch G/L account codes. Template companies can be used for easy additions of new companies to the intercompany structure. Centralized initialization of companies and copying of the configuration from one company to the target companies can also be done. With these enhancements our partners are drastically reducing the implementation time.
